Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.
Handling Time
Most orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of being placed.

Tax Policy
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and is included in your order total before you confirm payment.

Alaska & Hawaii
We ship to Alaska and Hawaii. These orders are not eligible for the free shipping threshold, and delivery may take 7–14 business days depending on the shipping method selected.

Damaged or Lost Packages
