This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed through ACE Suppliesllc Store are processed, shipped, and delivered. We want customers to have clear shipping information before completing a purchase.

1. Shipping Destination

We currently ship to:

  • United States only

We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Order Cut-Off Time and Processing Time

  • Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT)
  • Processing days: Monday through Friday
  • Processing time: 3 to 5 business days

Orders placed before the daily cut-off time may begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will generally begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time includes order review, preparation, packing, and transfer to the shipping carrier.

After your order is placed, you will typically receive:

  • An order confirmation email
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched

3. Transit Time and Estimated Delivery

  • Transit time: 3 to 5 business days
  • Shipping days: Monday through Friday
  • Estimated total delivery time: 6 to 10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on:

4. Shipping Rates

We currently offer the following shipping rate within the United States:

5. Carriers and Tracking

We ship using third-party carriers serving destinations within the United States.

Once your order has shipped:

  • A tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout
  • Tracking updates will be available through the carrier, where supported

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

If an order is delayed, misdelivered, or returned because of incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.

Estimated delays during peak periods may add approximately 2 to 8 additional business days beyond normal delivery estimates.

9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused by the recipient or returned as undeliverable due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, we may:

  • Deduct non-refundable shipping costs from any eligible refund
  • Require additional payment before reshipping the order

10. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please first:

  • Check around your delivery location
  • Check with household members, neighbors, or building management
  • Wait one additional business day, as some carriers mark items delivered slightly before final drop-off

If the package is still missing after that, please contact the carrier and then contact us for further assistance.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, government actions, or other force majeure events.
