Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

- Be returned with original packaging when reasonably available

5. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is approved because of our error, such as a defective item, damaged delivery, or incorrect product sent, we will generally cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide an appropriate return solution.
If the return is requested for personal preference or other non-defective reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not charge restocking fees.

Please do not send any item back without prior authorization, because random parcels with no context are how retail support turns into archaeology.

9. Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If a refund is approved:
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Refund processing may take 5 to 10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider or financial institution
- Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Payments made through Stripe or PayPal will be refunded back through the same original payment channel where possible.
10. Exchanges

12. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing or has already shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, the order may instead fall under this Returns & Refunds Policy once delivered, if eligible.
